SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping within Australia.

  • All orders are packed in Nuriootpa within two business days.
  • All orders are shipped with Australia Post - unless you are notified by email that it will be shipped via courier.
  • Shipping costs within Australia will change depending on the weight of the order.
  • Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

 

Returns.

Cargo Collective is happy to accommodate your exchange for any reason, on the condition they adhere within the following guidelines, please note however we do not provide refunds for change of mind only for faulty items.

Returns or exchanges are accepted on domestic orders within 10 days from date of shipment.

Items must be in new condition with garment tags attached. All items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. We will not be held responsible for any items returned that are not in new condition.

There will be no returns on sale or discounted items. All purchases on sale items are final.

We will not be held responsible for shipping and handling costs to return the item. If the item does not reach us safely, Cargo Collective will not be held responsible.

 

How to return an item:

  1. Email hello@cargocollective.com.au to request a return/exchange within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Please include your full name, reason for return, order number and which item/s you would like to exchange.
  3. Once your return has been approved you will receive an email with a form to be filled out and returned with your item/s.
  4. Once we have received your return item we will notify you and process your return / exchange within 7 business days.
